Preface
It is no doubtful that earthquake is very
terrible and destroy many buildings instantly
without predicting, such as Japan Osaka and
Nagoya were typical examples.
While Taiwan located in the same
earthquake sensitive area, we shall choose
the right and
improve building construction materials to
upgrade the strength of materials and absorb the
stress of earthquake. The using of roto-friction
welding for the steel bars connecting is superior
to the traditional type of overlap connecting
or by steel bar connector. It is not only improve
the strength of steel bar connection, and also
up-graded the engineering technology and quality
for the construction industry. As the steel bars is
connected very tightly, the power transmission
will not be terminated; and hence increasing
the tensile of steel bars.
